About Us
Woods
Our wood is from local mills from northeast Ohio and western Pennsylvania. We select a mixture of oaks, maples, poplar, elms, cherry and walnut. We also use exotic lumbers we find at our local Woodcraft store. They carry imported woods like mahogany, purpleheart, bloodwood and padauk.
Our Process
We plane our boards to specific thicknesses and use a jointer/planer for a 90 degree surface. Then the wood is cut to length prior to glue up.
Our Quality
We sand and relieve all edges prior to the finishing process. After sanding the board is cleaned and coated.
